A couple of days later we discover that the spa was leaking! Another tech came, found the leak, but didn't have the proper parts to fix it. Then, it took another 30 days to get another tech out here to correct all this with the right parts. Made an appointment, and tech came out 30 days later without the needed parts. Once this task was completed, said tech forgot to reconnect the outside lights.~ Once spa was filled with water, one light did not work correctly, and 4 others lenses were shattered. The Aqua Quip sales representative had to locate a electrician to reconfigure the hook up. However, with the retooling, the electrical port was move 2+ feet from where our original *******'s electrical port was located. Ordered FebruDelayed due to retooling No proactive notification of status We had to initiate inquiries on status.Was informed delay was due to the **275 retooling.Received Spa J~ We were lead to believe this should have been an easy plug and go. Started out wonderful, then took a nose dive. This new purchase has been a very unpleasant experience. We returned to Aqua Quip to purchase another Jacuzzi. Sadly, as with all equipment, it needed to be replaced. Loved it, looked beautiful and minimal maintenance over those years all provided by Aqua Quip. My husband and I purchased a Jacuzzi spa over 15 years ago from Aqua Quip. I am also feeling like the warranty is ticking away but I don't have a hot tub to use, so think the warranty should be completely re-set.Please let me know if you need any additional information.I called Aqua Quip again and said it was a bigger issue. I expected to have a hot tub that worked for many years without issues, not two issues that required replacement parts in less than 2.5 years. They are saying the parts are still on order.The hot tub is currently under warranty, but the warranty seems pretty worthless since I can't get it repaired and we are almost at two months since I reported that hot tub is broken.I'm wondering if they should just come and replace the hot tub with a new one, with a new warranty, since they can't seem to fix this one. He was done in less than 15 minutes.I've been following up with Aqua Quip since I still don't have the hot tub repaired. He quickly diagnosed the issue and said the heater would need to be replaced. I called again on July 3rd since I wasn't getting any response and they agreed to send someone out on July 5th. On June 9th they responded with an appointment for July 24 On June 13th, I reached out and told them that the hot tub just shut down and would trip the breaker if you tried to turn it back on, so I could no longer us the hot tub and would like an earlier appointment. In May 2023, I called to report the hot tub had developed a slow leak. After the purchase, I had to have a repairman come out and under warranty, he replaced a thermostat that wasn't working. I purchased a new hot tub that was delivered.
